Beth WassonBeth Wasson, MSHA
Principal and Chief Executive Officer

Beth Wasson brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as Principal and Chief Executive Officer of MBMC. Her past professional experience includes executive level experience in several managed care organizations and health plans. She received her Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado. 

Before assuming leadership of MBMC she served as founding CEO of WINhealth Partners, a provider-sponsored HMO, which she led for 13 years. During her tenure, she created the operational infrastructure, provider networks, and client base necessary to grow the company from $0 to over $35 million annual revenue with reserves that totaled more than 400% of statutory requirements.

Prior to WINhealth Partners, Beth’s experience included working with managed care organizations and TPA’s around the country as a consultant for a national healthcare consulting firm. She also headed up the TPA operations of a statewide managed care organization based in Denver Colorado, working closely with self-funded clients throughout the country to ensure high quality administration of their businesses in a variety of industries, including large hospital systems, municipalities, product distribution centers, oil and gas companies, and other large businesses.

Beth has a thorough understanding and appreciation of the needs of employers as they navigate the employee benefits spectrum of services. She has extensive experience in both the fully-insured and self-funded markets, along with extensive medical claims administration and managed care experience, and a strong knowledge of both provider and payer operations. 
 

 
 

Taylor H. Haynes, M.D.Taylor H. Haynes, M.D.
President and Chief Medical Officer

Taylor Haynes, M.D. serves as President and Chief Medical Officer of MBMC. His experience as a medical expert and a leader in business allows MBMC the ability to offer clients the unique advantage of physician involvement in the administration of their health plans.

Dr. Haynes graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from Southern University and then accepted an engineering job in Salt Lake City Utah at the Kennecott Copper Corporation Research Center. While there, he began medical school at the University of Utah, and after completing his surgical residency in Urology, he opened a private medical practice. Dr. Haynes published several papers in major surgical journals and patented a Surgical Stapler. Dr. Haynes is a Certified Trauma surgeon and is an instructor of Advanced Trauma Life Support training for physicians. He also owns and operates an organic cattle ranch in southeast Wyoming and is an advocate for local sustainable food production and healthy eating.

Dr. Haynes currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Wyoming and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Security First Bank, the Independent Cattlemen of Wyoming (ICOW) Board of Directors, and the national Ranchers-Cattlemen Action Legal Fund (R-CALF) Board of Directors.

Dr. Haynes’ volunteer activities include teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming. Additionally, he is a frequent presenter at Health Forums where he speaks on the benefits of prevention and healthy lifestyles. In 2006, Dr. Haynes was presented with the Award of Merit by the Gamma Sigma Delta Honor Society of Agriculture for his contributions in the field. In 2008, he was inducted into the Multicultural Western Heritage Hall of Fame in Fort Worth Texas.
 

Becky Miller
HRA/Flex Department Manager
Worland Office Manager

Becky Miller oversees the management of the MBMC office in Worland Wyoming. There, she is an active community member and enjoys  volunteer activities such as Meals on Wheels and the NOWCAP Disability Walk.  She has worked with MBMC for 6 years, during which time she has advanced quickly through several positions of increasing responsibility. She began  as an assistant in the accounting department, then was quickly promoted to Senior Bookkeeper. She then transferred to the HRA/Flex Department where she now serves as the HRA/Flex Department Manager and Worland Office Manager. Becky’s depth of experience in multiple roles within the organization has provided her with an advanced level of knowledge in the different aspects of Third Party Administration. Becky balances her professional life with a busy home life and enjoys taking time for youth sporting activities with her husband and two children.
